TAKE CARE: Mind, Body, & Soul

Mental, Physical, & Spiritual Health are equally important. In many ways, caring for yourself in all three of these areas is the same.

For example: When you eat healthy, exercise, and consistently care for your body; your physical health prospers.

When you think good thoughts, exercise your brain in positive ways, and consistently filter the bad or negative; your mental health prospers.

When you pray, read your bible, and spend quality time with The Most High; your spiritual health prospers.

When you do the opposite of these things, your mental, physical, and emotional health suffers. You feel sick, depressed, anxious, lost, confused, hopeless, and many times even worse.

There is only one of you.
Take care of yourself.
